Here are some touristy photos of Pec (with an upside-down "^" over the "c"), in the Czech Republic, that I took during a few minutes in summer 1998.
Pec is a village I just drove through on my way from Telc to Slavonice. (It's about one third of the way from Dacice to Slavonice.) I don't know anything about it (let alone its German name), but I liked the look of it, with its lake. I haven't yet found any other pages about Pec (which doesn't appear on my 1/600000 Michelin map of the Czech and Slovak Republics), and I hope that somebody who knows it can tell me more.
